Cancellations & Returns
We cannot accept cancellations on items once sold, since each item is personalized and has been created especially for you. However, if the item has reached you in a damaged state, please contact us on our Customer Service number.
Return Policy for damaged items:
- In the event that you have received the ordered item(s) in a damaged condition, please email us at support@stitchawish.in and clearly mention your Order ID. We will respond to you within 24 hours and after inspection replace the product.
- Please ensure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you return the item(s).
- For all returns the shipping cost of returning item shall be borne by the Customer.
- Any item(s) that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
