PERSONALISATION

Where do i mention the name i want embroidered on the item I am ordering?

We have a personalisation text box for each product on the Product detail page. You are required to write the name you want embroidered in the box there. 

Is there a maximum count on the number of alphabets I can get embroidered?

Yes. Each item has a maximum character count depending on the item you are ordering. For example, Monogrammed towels will only allow a maximum of 3 characters. While for most other items, you can get the full name embroidered. 

Can I change font of embroidery?

We do not allow for any change of font. The font you see on the images of the product is how you will recieve the final product. 

ORDERS

How long does it take you to process my order?

We usually take from 1 to 7 days to process the order depending on the item. 

Can I make changes to my order?

To make a change to your order, please contact our Customer Service phone numbers immediately. We will try to make the necessary changes. However, if your order has already been processed in our workshop, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do you take returns?

We do not accept returns on items simply because each item is personalized with names. However, if the items are found to be genuinely damaged, we will change it. Please contact our customer service numbers, and we follow it up on a case to case basis.

How do I know you have received my order?

As soon as you confirm your order by making the payment, we send you an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder for any mail from order@stitchawish.in. 

My Order just won’t go though, what do I do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, please contact us at our Customer Service numbers. We will be happy to confirm your order on phone. In such cases, before processing your order, we take advance payment through a bank transfer. 

Can I track my Order ?

You can track your order status as soon as you place the order on our website, in the "Track your Order" section by putting in the Order Number. Order processing usually takes between 1-7 days depending on the item. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Details" email from order@stitchawish.in with the tracking number. You can then log on to the courier company's website mentioned on the email and track your order.

How many days will it take for the product to reach me? 

Shipping within India usually takes between 2-7 days depening on the location.  

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer internation shipping on our website. International customers can get in touch with us on our Customer Service numbers for placing any order.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Details" email from order@stitchawish.in with the tracking number. You can then log on to the courier company's website mentioned on the email and track your order. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping in India on orders over Rs. 10,000. For order value below Rs. 10,000, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 150 is applicable.
